BALTIMORE -- The opposition is growing against red light cameras.
AAA, an automobile organization, is calling the cameras "cash cows" that shouldn't be used to balance budgets.
The organization is calling for more oversight of the program and guarantees that suspected violators can challenge the tickets in court.
Lon Anderson of AAA's Mid-Atlantic division said Baltimore's cameras generated $9 million in fines last year.
