Have you ever wanted to throw your computer across the room?
The Russian town of Krasnoznamensk held its annual computer keyboard throwing contest Saturday. The event took place outdoors in a parking lot outside Moscow.
Over 100 hurlers ranging from sportsmen to information technology support engineers all gave the contest their best shot, as minor fame and electronic gadgets were up for grabs.
Organizers said the event was exactly the kind of relief that Russia's growing number of white-collar computer workers need.
For the record, the mark to beat was 17.5 meters, that's 57.41 feet.
