WBAL-TV 11 has dedicated Friday as 11 Cares for the Community Day.We'd like you to consider making a monetary donation to the Red Cross to help victims of hurricane Katrina. The Red Cross has set up a phone number to take your donations: toll free at (800) HELP NOW.If you get a busy signal, we ask that you try again. As you can imagine, the phones will be quite busy.
